Training once you turn 40

This might be an unpopular opinion......but I don't believe training after you turn 40 actually has to be any different from when you were 20, with the following caveats:
You'll probably need more time to recover (i.e. smashing yourself in the gym every session is going to be a very short term strategy)
Your priorities will probably be different (and your training needs to reflect those priorities)
You're likely to have more responsibilities and therefore less free time to train (so your training needs to maximize efficiency)
The most important however thing is you keep (or start) training when you turn 40, regardless of the form that training takes!
