How much time do I need to do this?

The program is based around two 40 minute sessions per week for 8 weeks.

Is this for beginners?

This program is best suited to women who already have an exercise habit — whether that’s strength training, Pilates, running, or something else.


You don’t need to be an athlete or super advanced, but this isn’t a “just getting started” program.

It’s for women who feel like something’s missing and want to move better, not just get stronger.

Do I have to be a gym member?

Not necessarily!

If you have access to the following:

  • A BOSU ball

  • A tennis ball

  • A pull up bar to hang from

  • A pair of light to moderate dumbbells or kettlebells

You can do all the exercises in the program, but there are alternatives for most exercises that require no equipment, so it can be done at home.

Can I fit this in with the training I'm doing already?

If your current training is running or cycling (i.e. some form of cardio) this will fit in fine. Just look to do those sessions on different days, if possible.

Similarly for yoga, pilates etc.

If you already do some weight training you may want to replace it entirely with this program for the 8 weeks, or replace 2 of your current weekly sessions with this program.

If you know what you're doing you could replace the strength elements in this program with what you currently do.

Can I get help if I need it?

Yes — you’ll have the option to reach out for support if you need help with form, progressions, or customizing things to suit your body.


It’s not 1:1 coaching, but you won’t be left on your own.

Meet Your Instructor

My name is Martin Taylor, and I've been trying to figure out a way to develop an approach to training that would fundamentally affect my ability to move for years!

As a personal trainer I am motivated, and have lots of opportunity to train, and as I progressed through my 40's (and now into my 50's) I have never felt stronger.

Great, right?

But while I was getting stronger I realised other aspects of my fitness were going backwards....I felt stiffer, slower and starting to have less trust in my body.....and I didn't like the feeling.

So it was back to the drawing board to identify what I needed to do to reverse this feeling.

This was an honest look at where I was lacking and how I wanted to feel, and without getting into the weeds, this came down to these lessons:

#1 Improved Balance is not a nice to have, it's an essential element of every workout I do now

#2 Think Fast, Be Fast we need to stop always grinding through movement and start thinking about tapping into being more elastic and snappier....and it starts with the mind

#3 The untapped potential of End of Range Strength this might be my most exciting discovery; that by focusing on this area it would have an incredible effect on my ability to move and as a result, learn to trust my body again.

And if we combine these things we can literally turn the clock back on our ability to move in a fundamental way.

And once you start to trust your body again, you feel more capable, and if you feel more capable you feel more confident.
