Meet Your Instructor

My name is Martin Taylor, and I have been fascinated in how we can change our bodies (and mind) with exercise for a long time.

When I was in my 20's and 30's I threw myself into all forms of exercise with the hope (not a plan) to get myself "fit".

And it kind of worked.

But since I started working as a Personal Trainer since 2016 and helping hundreds of women get strong I've realised there was a better, more effective way to do this.

Guess what the #1 thing I learned through this entire journey is? You don't need to spend hours each week in the gym, or the latest workout program or some new piece of gym equipment to get strong. And I mean get strong in a way that that has real, deep impact on your health and your mental state.

Once you understand the fundamental laws of getting strong, then there is no reason that normal women can't reap the benefits of getting strong. AND THAT is what inspired me to launch the 60 Day Simple Strength program and create an affordable online course for helping women ACTUALLY get strong in just one hour per week, regardless of whether they have access to gym equipment or not.

This program is designed to build women assuming no background in strength training. After working with hundred's of women I've got a good idea on how to build you up safely and quickly!

Do I have to be a gym member?

No! There is a program that requires no equipment at all, and will still get you strong in 60 days!

Can I get help if I need it?

How much time do I need to do this?
