For 12 weeks, you will be training towards these goals:
✔ Broad jump farther than your height
✔ Perform at least one strict pull-up
✔ Farmer carry 75% of your bodyweight for 50 meters
✔ Run 800 meters in under 4 minutes

Of course. The running element is designed to build you up over the 12 weeks.
Ideally you will have access to the following:
A range of resistance bands to assist with pull ups
A range of dumbbells
A pull up bar
A trap bar
A cable machine
A squat rack
Unless this additional training is quite light in nature e.g. easy walking, cycling, yoga) I would suggest you don't do additional training.

Artemis has been 'field tested ' on myself and my female clients, and revised accordingly to give you the best possible chance of meeting the standards.
But as I will repeat, it does not matter if you hit the standards; what matters is you put as much effort as you can into each session; that you end the program with a higher all round standard physical fitness than when you started.
